Relax - Recharge - Regenerate

Relaxing Therapeutic
A soothing massage to relax the mind and body for when life is hectic and your mind is overcrowded. Light/medium pressure and flowing massage strokes are used together with a relaxing blend of aromatherapy oils to help reduce feelings of anxiety and bring a sense of calm.
Whilst this massage therapy also eases muscle tension it does not go as deep as the Deep Muscle Restore Massage.
Choose from a de-stressing, calming or balancing oil blend.

Deep Muscle Restore Massage

This massage therapy uses a combination of holistic and deep tissue massage techniques to address muscle aches and stiffness. Pressure is slowly increased to target deeper layers of muscles and to allow the soft tissue to relax and release.
Whilst you can choose the massage oil for this treatment, a muscle relaxant oil blend works really well.

Lower Back Pain Clinic
A holistic approach to treating chronic lower back pain by drawing from different techniques including massage, active and passive stretching and mobilisation.

It is important to remember that lower back pain is not an illness, but a symptom, indicating that ‘something is not quite right somewhere'.

This is a 3-step approach:
1. We gather information through consultation and assessment

2. Treatment based on step one where we try to remove restrictions and stressors that trigger pain

3. Movement Advice and Excerise to do at home

(side-lying)

Massage has been used to support women through pregnancy and childbirth for thousands of years.

This massage aims to reduce aches and pains that can appear during pregnancy, especially in the lower back, and postnatal as the body recovers. Holding and feeding the baby often leads to tightness in the shoulder area.
The soothing treatment allows your mind to relax and let go of any worries.

I am trained to massage in all 3 trimesters of the pregnancy.

Relax & Rejuvenating Facial Treatment plus Massage
75 minutes - £70
This treatment begins with a 45 minutes back, shoulder and neck massage and is followed
by a 30 minutes facial treatment. It's an extremely relaxing treatment while nourishing your
skin with organic skincare products. The treatment is designed to improve the appearance
of your skin and help it revitalise and replenish. A double cleanse leaves your skin deeply
purified, followed by exfoliation. The it's time to fully relax with a facial massage. This is followed by a moisturiser that leave your skin nourished and glowing while an eye gel and lip balm finish off the treatment.
Neal’s Yard Remedies are award winning, certified organic and use only high quality, natural ingredients.
The treatment times listed above do not include set up and aftercare advice. Please allow a further 15 minutes for this.
Payment can be made in cash or by debit/credit card at the end of the treatment. I carry a card reader.
The massage oils and beauty facial products that I use are high quality 100% natural (vegan) and rich in nourishing vitamins and antioxidants. They are not tested on animals.
Massage & its benefits
How mobile massage could benefit you
The feeling of tension and stiffness in muscles after a long period of sitting immobile at a desk or after exercise is familiar to most of us, as is the relief that comes from rubbing the affected area. Massage therapy helps to soothe tight muscles, increase mobility and flexibility and reduce muscle pain. It stimulates blood circulation in the affected area bringing oxygen and nutrients to the muscle tissue. In addition, massage works on the nervous system. Soothing, gentle massage strokes promote mental relaxation and the release of endorphins - the body's natural feel-good hormones.
Regular massage therapy can help to prevent physical imbalances and promote an overall feeling of wellbeing.
Who can have a massage treatment?
Massage is generally safe and suitable for everyone. However, there are some contraindications that can restrict or even prevent treatment. If you have any medical conditions please contact me before you book. If you are seeking treatment for a particular ailment or injury please contact me to discuss how I can best help you.
If you are a first-time client, I will send you a consultation form prior to the appointment, so I can get a better understanding of what you would like to get out of the massage treatment and also to see if there are any medical conditions that I need to be aware of. In addition, we will have a brief discussion at the beginning of the appointment to ensure the massage is best tailored to your needs and expectations.
How to prepare for your massage or facial treatment?
I provide all necessary equipment including linen. Whilst I kindly ask you to ventilate the room before the treatment (due to Covid-19) please ensure the room feels warm (especially during the winter months). I supply relaxation music to play during treatment if you wish to listen to it. Please wear something comfortable that is easy to undress/dress from.
Although I fully understand that it is not always possible, I suggest that you try to keep distractions to a minimum during the treatment, so you can fully benefit from the massage.
